The 2 daughters and I took Billy on a trip. It was so good for him. We all had a blast. Had rest of family watch the new pups. We missed the dogs and pups so much. The grown dogs were jumping in circles howling when we got home. They missed us too!

Top Words That Make Dogs Happy
Studies and pet behavior data show that dogs react most strongly to words tied to food, play, and outdoor adventures. The most common favorite words include:
Treat (or biscuit, cookie, and food)
Walk or Walkies (which studies show can spike a dog's heart rate significantly)
Ball or Toy
Dinner or Eat
Fetch or Get it
Car ride
Their own name
Why Words Matter to Dogs
Dogs learn to link specific sounds and tones of voice with positive rewards through daily routines. Many clever dogs even learn to spell out words like "W-A-L-K" or "P-I-Z-Z-A" once they figure out what the spoken word means.
