Adopt , rescues make wonderful family members.

🐾💛 Good Afternoon Families, Friends, & Supporters ‼️ It's that time of the year again, & unfortunately, we are still experiencing the same hardships. For the last 3 years, the shelter has operated at MAX CAPACITY, & we continue to see an influx of strays, abandonments, & surrendered dogs & cats as we enter the most climactic part of the summer season.

As always, we are extremely THANKFUL for our Commissioners, Community, Rescue Partners, Volunteers, & Adopters who have supported the shelter & given many furry friends a new lease on life and new forever homes. We know Burlington County residents are challenged to provide care or retain residency for themselves or their animals, & that, among other circumstances, is contributing to their need to surrender animals or seek rehoming assistance. We empathize with our community, & we are doing our BEST to find new homes for all our adoptable animals, but we need the help of pet lovers everywhere!

Learning these signs helps prevent fear, stress, and misunderstandings. Listening early builds trust and keeps everyone safe.
