This special enrichment was created in memory of a camper named Alvin. Alvin’s mom generously provides the funding to make this possible, allowing us to create Alvin’s Adventures!💚🐢

Alvin was living with dementia and sometimes had a harder time at camp. He benefited from having a consistent routine, extra enrichment time, and his turtle toy. Alvin’s mom shared the idea of keeping his spirit alive through something meaningful like this, and we made it happen!

Kyoto was selected to participate today! She’s here for a boarding stay and has loved spending time in the yard with both her dog and human friends. 💕 She’s having a little trouble adjusting to sleeping in the cabin, but we’re helping her settle in and making sure she’s as comfortable as possible while she adjusts. She loved this opportunity to enjoy some one-on-one time collecting treats and making crafts! 🐢💚🐾
