WHEN YOU FEEL SURROUNDED… REMEMBER WHO’S SURROUNDING YOU.
I just want to encourage somebody who feels like they’re surrounded by the enemy.
You may feel outnumbered. You may feel forgotten. You may feel like everybody else is moving on while you’re struggling just to make it through.
But YOU ARE NOT FORGOTTEN BY GOD.
The Bible says the shepherd will leave the ninety-nine to go after the ONE that is lost. 🐑
Think about that.
While everybody else is going on with their lives, God notices that YOU are missing. He sees you hurting. He sees you struggling. And He comes looking for you.
And remember this: God never said the weapons wouldn’t form. He said they wouldn’t prosper. 🙌🏽
They may form.
They may come against you.
They may look intimidating.
BUT THEY WILL NOT PROSPER.
So when you feel surrounded, look again.
You may be surrounded by a God who is fighting for you, covering you, protecting you, and refusing to leave you where He found you.
He will leave the ninety-nine for the ONE.
And today, that ONE might be you.
Now who can serve a God like that? 🙌🏽

🌿 Wellness Wednesday: Check on YOU Too
We spend so much time checking on everybody else...
“Did the kids eat?”
“Is Mom okay?”
“Does everybody have what they need?”
But when was the last time you asked yourself:
“How am I doing?” ❤️
Sometimes wellness means admitting you're tired.
Sometimes it means saying no.
Sometimes it means getting some rest, drinking some water, taking a walk, praying, or simply sitting somewhere quiet for a few minutes.
You can't pour from an empty cup.
So today, check on everybody you love—but don't forget to check on YOU. 🌱💕

🌱 Motivational Monday
There will be bumps.
There will be bruises.
There will be setbacks.
There will even be people who don't believe you can do it.
Do it anyway.
You are worthy of a good life.
You are worthy of peace.
You are worthy of success.
Your past does not determine your future.
You can break cycles.
You can change your family's story.
You can become the person you were told you could never be.
And yes... you can surpass the people who came before you. ❤️
Don't shrink yourself because someone else is uncomfortable with your growth.
Keep working.
Keep praying.
Keep your eyes on your goal.
Keep God at the center.
The road might get shaky, but don't lose your direction.
What feels impossible today may become your testimony tomorrow.
Keep going. God can do more with your life than you ever imagined. 🙏🏽✨

🌈 TIP TUESDAY: Ask the Questions That Matter

Sometimes getting to know your child means going beyond:

“How was school?”

Try asking questions that open the door to their feelings:

💬 When was the last time you felt really happy, and what made you feel that way?

💬 When was the last time you felt scared or worried about something?

💬 What's something you wish I understood about you?

You might be surprised by what your child shares when they know you're truly listening.

Don't just check on their homework.

Check on their heart. ❤️

Sometimes the most important conversation starts with one simple question.

Sometimes you just need to pause.

Take a breath.
Rest your mind.
Step away for a little while.

And then… come back. ❤️

Taking a break doesn't mean you gave up. It doesn't mean you failed. Sometimes you simply needed time to recharge and get yourself together.

So if you've been feeling like you've fallen behind, here's your reminder:

You can always start again.
You can pick up where you left off.
You can try again.
You can take your time.

🌈 Motivational Monday
✨ Don't Overlook the Small Things
Sometimes we're so focused on where we're trying to go that we forget to appreciate where we are.
It may not look like much yet.
The pieces may still be coming together.
The dream may still be taking shape.
But look closely. 👀❤️
There are little signs of progress everywhere.
That small win.
That answered prayer.
That opportunity.
That peaceful moment.
That door that finally opened.
That thing you once prayed for that you now have.
Be grateful for the little things.
Because sometimes what looks small today is actually the beginning of something much greater.
I may not have everything I want yet, but I'm grateful for what I do have.
I'm grateful for where I am.
I'm grateful for where I'm going.
And I believe greater is coming. 🙏🏽🌱
Don't overlook the small beginnings. God can do something BIG with them.

✝️ Scripture Sunday
You Are Welcome Here. ❤️
Maybe you've made mistakes.
Maybe you've walked away from God. Maybe you've done things you're not proud of. Maybe you feel like you've messed up too badly to come back.
But hear me: you are still welcome.
There is no mistake so great that God's grace cannot reach you.
God sees the parts of you that you try to hide, yet He still loves you. He sees your flaws, your pain, your failures, and your struggles—and He sees the beautiful person He created underneath it all.
You don't have to fix yourself before you come to God.
Come as you are.
When you're weak, He can be your strength.
When you're overwhelmed, He can give you peace.
When you don't know what to do, He can guide your steps.
You are not too far gone.
You are not forgotten.
You are not disqualified.
The door is still open. Come home. ❤️

🌿 Thankful Thursday
❤️ Thankful for Grace... and the Opportunity to Share It
Today, I'm thankful that God never gave up on me.
He showed me grace when I didn't deserve it, loved me when I fell short, and patiently continued to draw me closer to Him.
That made me stop and think...
How often do we spend our prayers focused only on ourselves?
What if we also prayed for the coworker who doesn't know Jesus... The family member who's lost... The friend who's hurting... The neighbor who's searching for hope...
Sometimes the greatest gift we can give someone isn't money or advice—it's a sincere prayer and a seed of God's love.
Let's be intentional about encouraging others, praying for them, and pointing them toward Christ.
You never know how one conversation, one act of kindness, or one prayer could change someone's eternity.

💚 Check In With Your Kids—Not Just Their Grades
As our children head back to school, let's remember that wellness is more than making good grades.
Take time to check in with your child.
💚 Ask how their day really went. 💚 Listen without judgment. 💚 Watch for changes in mood or behavior. 💚 Make sure they're getting enough sleep and eating healthy meals. 💚 Encourage them to talk about their feelings.
Sometimes anxiety, bullying, stress, or health concerns show up in small ways before they become big problems.
A simple conversation today could make all the difference tomorrow.
Healthy children need support emotionally, mentally, and physically.
Let's work together to help our children thrive—both inside and outside the classroom.
