Dog’s Paradise

Last night and today was a very hard day for me and my family, we lost not only one dog but two. Our newest addition Juniper who we adopted a month ago today attacked and killed our little poodle Milli and unfortunately I was unable to unclench her jaw fast enough and it was too late. It happened in a span of 30 seconds. While we buried one today, we had to return the other to the shelter so it would not happen to any of our other little ones. Our hearts are absolutely breaking right now. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers as we grieve our beloved girl Milli. As I am sad for Juniper having to start over, I pray she does not have a chance to take any other souls from this earth but I hope she finds her forever home eventually but it will not be with us. Milli’s soulmate Jackson (our weeny dog) is so confused and missing his mate and my heart is breaking for him too. I hate that I cannot explain it to him but I know in time we will all heal. Milli will forever be our most precious girl and we miss her so so very much! You were take from us way too soon sweet girl and it’s not fair. We will see you again on rainbow bridge Mil Mil 😭❤️🐾

It is with a heavy heart that we sadly announce the closing of our dog business due to unforeseen behavioral issues happening with Joey. Joey needs our full attention and dedication to his training and we are trusting Journey Of Misfits Dog Training to help us train him to be a better and happier dog. We refuse to give up on him. It’s our job as doggy owners to be true to our commitment that we made when we decided to keep him. We would never want to put any dogs at risk so we believe this is what is best for him and our family right now. We appreciate everyone that has put their trust in us over the years and we love each and every one of your dogs like our own so I hope you can understand and respect our decision, It was not made lightly. I will keep this page up and hope that maybe one day we can reopen our doors with some new positive changes and some stricter requirements that will benefit every dog in a healthy and safe way! Thank you all and god bless 🙏

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

We are fully booked from MARCH 6-16

There will be NO booking for the week of APRIL 2-7

Starting April 1, 2025 our price will be increased by $5 for each dog. This will help us with the costs of supplies (bleach,paper towels, disinfectant spray,dog beds,toys,treats, etc..) we go through a ton!!!

New price for MILITARY/FIRST RESPONDER is $25 for one dog, $15 for any additional dogs per night
Regular price for non military/first responders will be $30 for one dog and $20 for each additional dogs

Thank you all for helping support us over the years and trusting us with your fur babies! We love them all so much!!

Update, not only did we reach our goal but because of 3 amazing donors that stepped up who will remain anonymous we raised $425 dollars which is enough to get both twinkles and her sister Lily up to date on their shots, get twinkles her sedation with nail clip and both of them dewormed!!! I can’t thank everyone enough for sharing!!

So update on Twinkles, we got her seen today at the vet for hew paw. They clipped it and got her on antibiotics. She still needs shots and the rest of her nails clipped with sedation so the vet said we need around $200 more raised for her!! She is such a sweet baby! Anything you can donate will help please!!
