Here's a clients Nebraska bobcat I took to the NSTA competition. It received a first place and won the professional best of category in small mammals. It's fun winning these awards but the best reward is the insight from the judges that help me take my work to the very top level!

Here is a short video of a client's buck that I took to the Nebraska State Taxidermy Association Competition this past weekend. I was pleased with how it all came together being cantilevered off of the rubbed tree and using some old tin to make a round base. The mount earned a second place scoring an 87/100. Though I would have liked to see it score higher, I did receive some excellent input from the judge to apply towards future mounts.
