Our Story
My name is Susan Nowak. I am the owner of Pablo's Pals Pet Service. I grew up on a farm just south of Columbus but have lived in the Short North/Victorian Village area for about 15 years. I have always been an animal lover. Big, small, farm animals, house pets, I love them all! My company name was inspired by my dog Pablo. He is truly my best friend. I have always been the 'go to' pet sitter for all of my friends and family so I decided to make it official in 2015 and Pablo's Pals was born. I am very, very, protective over my pets. When I leave town or need help on a busy day with taking care of them I stress over who is going to do it and how it is going to go. I know how important it is to know your pets are in good hands and will be well taken care of. The feeling of reassurance and the sense of relief is priceless! My staff and I will treat your pets as if they were our own. Pablo's Pals is bonded and insured. References are available upon request. The initial consultation is free. It is important that I get to meet you and your pets prior to any services being rendered. I want to make sure we are a good fit for one another.
