Milo has a dermoid on his eye and surgery is curative and should be done at time of neuter in 1-2 months. If adopted locally he will need to return to our vet for this to be done and is included in the adoption fee.

Milo is the happiest, sweetest and silliest little guy you could ever hope for in a small package! He is quickly learning the routines of our house and often follows the cues from our resident dog, a 60 lbs newfoundland/cattle dog mix. He loves following her around the house and is hopeful that one day she will change her mind and finally play with him! Milo respects her space well and loves to check her food bowl for any leftovers! He would certainly love to have another dog to pal around with, but he would also be fine as the only dog in a home so long as he gets a lot of cuddles and love from his humans!

Regarding house training, Milo is doing great as long as there are frequent potty breaks (small bladder for this small guy!). We think he's doing quite well during the night - he sleeps in our bedroom in a crate with space for his bed and a p*e pad and almost never needs the p*e pad. He will stay quiet and sleep for 5-6 hour stretches (sometimes longer) every night. He will go for very short walks, but he does better when he can walk alongside our resident dog. We have a pen in our main living space for him to rest and take breaks throughout the day, and he enjoys having this enclosure because he can still see and be part of the action!

Because he's absolutely and totally adorable, Milo grabs the attention wherever he is. He is respectful and gentle with everyone he meets and usually includes a fast, wagging tail upon their approach! He does very well with children and would be quite happy to have a home with kids or regular kid visitors (ours are 9 and 11 years old). Like most puppies, he loves chewing, so having toys strewn about the room for him has been helpful!

Milo has been an absolute joy and hysterical source of entertainment for us! He can't wait to meet his forever family!

Noodles is a spirited lil guy who is obsessed with his foster dog siblings. He’s energetic and spends most of his day wanting to play and be active. Noodles sleeps well through the night in his crate and is making progress with potty training. He enjoys walks on his leash and is very friendly. He’s never met a human or dog stranger that’s he’s been afraid of! He adapts quickly to his environment and would be a great addition to anyone’s home.

Roxy is a very laid back quiet dog. She loves being outside especially if it’s cool out, like most huskies do. She uses a doggy door to go potty on her own. She is Lyme positive. She is definitely timid and is slow to warm up but walks on a leash well to come sit in the couch with you. She would do best in a quieter home as a lot of movement scares her. A fence would be required. If you have patience and love to give her time then you are a match!

Make a difference Monday!!

We are not a cat rescue!
But we also do not say no!

We took in 3 litters of kittens with 2 moms and another 2 orphaned kittens.

All have seen the vet (some multiple times) and some are ready to be fixed and adopted!!

In the past we have only adopted them out for twenty five bucks so
19 kittens costing $150 each to get vetted is a serious deficit! so the goal is $2850 for the kittens!

MUST Read Bio Carefully

Buddy is a Blenheim prince and the hap hap happiest guy you will ever meet! Buddy came to rescue as an 8 month old pup who was having regurgitation and was diagnosed with delayed gastric emptying and IBD. He is currently on a prescription special diet that includes a mix of kibble and canned food which he will need to maintain for life along with probiotic (total cost ~$200-300/month). Through it all, Buddy has been a happy, bouncy, playful, sweet, cuddly bestest boy! He goes from energetic puppy to sweet lap boy in a second! He is in a house of smaller foster sisters and he thinks he is their size 😍 (just like Buddy the Elf!). He looks at you with his big eyes and tilted head and you melt ❤️.
He does well when he is fed the mix of wet and dry food in an elevated bowl and his water is portioned, but does still have water regurgitation with lots of water consumption or crazy play. He is working on house training which is best when taken out on a regular basis. He walks well on a leash. Buddy will require an adopter committed to maintaining his specialized diet and any necessary vet care and okay with cleaning up some occasional water regurgitation. He would do best in a home that has the time to give him dedicated play time and attention. Would do well with another dog but not required, does great with cats. Buddy really is the bestest boy and will make his perfect family so lucky 🍀😍. Buddy is being fostered in Upper Arlington, Ohio.
