Zulu is a 12 week old Great Pyrenees/ Lab mix in for our Puppy Board and Train. She is working hard at learning her obedience commands and had a great time on her first field trip to the park today! She’s already a pro with her recall and staying focused on her new tasks with distractions around, everyone welcome Zulu! 🥰🎉

Blue is an almost 2 year old Pittie (his birthday is July 7th!- wish him a Happy Birthday!!!) joining us for our Advanced Board and Train program. Today was his first day and he’s off to a great start!

Georgia graduated her Advanced Board and Train program today with flying colors! She’s a sweet 6 month old mix that had some serious stranger danger and high anxiety. After a little over 2 weeks, her confidence has grown and she now enjoys interacting with new people and has a solid repertoire of new obedience behaviors to continue to keep living her best and happiest life with her owners. 🥰 Stay tuned to our YouTube channel to see her before and after video!

🐾 Training Tip Tuesday: Why Your Dog Ignores You in Public! 🐶

Ever wonder why your dog listens perfectly at home but suddenly “forgets” their training the moment you step outside? 🤔 It all comes down to distractions and threshold training!

✅ The Problem:
At home, your dog is in a low-distraction environment, making it easy to focus. But in public, there are new smells, sights, and sounds competing for their attention.
