Hey guys!!! Amanda here; It’s been a long winter full of hospitals and brain surgery #2. I am SO HAPPY to be getting back into the swing of things here at Hopkins Homegrown Hoppies! We have an abundance of goat milk soap and antibacterial skin salve available, as well as a few hollands that I’ll get posted. Goats are due to kid in the next month or so. Silkies and Satins are laying again. Isabel Brahmas are starting to lay for the first time. And we are looking forward to getting back into Muscovy, Quail, and maybe a few Turkeys here in the near future. Planning a huge garden this year. Thank goodness we have the tractor to help us get prepared! We’re also available to help you get YOUR garden prepared! Shoot us a message if you need some tractor work done 💜

This guy has the best personality! He’s a little on the big side for our program but will pair nicely with a smaller doe. Or he will make a great pet, he’s got an outgoing friendly demeanor and loves getting his face petted

Sad to report that Pipsqueak crossed the rainbow bridge. Likely suspects are Pneumonia and Kidney Failure 😭. Rabbits are tooooo good at hiding pain and illness until it’s too late. Pipsqueak had all the love in the world for a few days though 💜

SO snuggly! Perks of being hand raised I suppose. Pip loves to snuggle in for a cuddle nap once full belly status has been achieved. Pip is the smallest from that litter, which makes it even more special that he/she survived and is thriving 💜

Meet Pipsqueak! Three days old. Born on the wire during cold weather. Came back to life as soon as we warmed it up! A single baby can’t maintain temperature so the little one will grow up with us here in the house. Momma bunny comes in twice a day for the little one to nurse. We will be posting update pics daily so everyone can watch the growth progression 💜
