PetPromise is a non-profit, tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) organization. All of the pets available for adoption are cared for in volunteer foster homes until they are adopted. We are a no-kill animal welfare organization and does not support euthanasia as a method of population control. We help many pets that other shelters and

rescues would consider "unadoptable" due to age, medical condition, or breed. PetPromise is supported solely by public and private donations and volunteer fundraising.

👉 If you work from home, are retired, or have some home-time on your haves, can you help us get these last two girls feeling confident? They are so sweet but a little shy in new situations. Studies have shown (and we’ve seen it first hand) “papoosing” kittens changes them in a way nothing else will.

Through this method humans imprint in these babies and they become loving, confident, and purring biscuit makers in just a short time. Can you give the two girls a better chance for success by fusterubgvtyrn even for a couple of weeks? You can change then forever! ❤️❤️

Atticus is a sweet 8 year old boy that is very sad and scared at the Franklin County Dog Shelter. He doesn’t know why he is there. He is only 25lbs. and housebroken!!! The shelter is a big scary place for little guys. He is so happy when he is taken out of the kennel and sitting with a person outside or in the office. He is good with other dogs. He doesn’t belong here and not sure how much longer he can take the stress of shelter life.

We need a little help — and we’re hoping it might come from you.
PetPromise has four shy, sweet kittens who are just waiting for someone to show them the world isn’t so scary. They’ve got soft fur, gentle hearts, and a whole lot of potential. What they don’t have yet is the confidence to find their forever homes.
That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a few kind souls to foster — just for two weeks. All it takes is a quiet room, a little patience, and some daily cuddles. You’ll help them learn that humans are safe, that love is real, and that the world is full of good things.
We’ll pair you with two kittens, and together you’ll help them take their first brave steps. It’s amazing what a little time and tenderness can do.
✨ Two weeks. One spare room. Lots of love. That’s all it takes to change everything for a kitten.
