Cricket was my VERY FIRST EVER ADOPTER who came to my home (I will never forget this) as I was like fighting back tears while handing over “Dianthus” from our first litter (now named Trooper).
Congrats to Cricket & Steve on bringing home this very gorgeous and special little lady!
Scout will make Ragdoll kitten #4 in a home of well loved BEAUTIFUL Ragdolls.
“Scout” is considered a “special adoption” due to a tiny corneal scar that is on her left eye (the eye most visible in the photo).
This injury occurred at 9 days old when her eyes were first opening, a litter mate swiped her with a tiny (but very sharp) claw.
For those who raise kittens, we all know this is one of our fears when they are so young.
Because the injury left a scar on the cornea, it was decided that Scout would need to go to either a trusted friend/church/family member or one of our adopters.
When Cricket reached out, I just knew this would be the perfect home for Scout.
My heart is very happy right now.
