They donated 20 landscaping timbers and 20 more 16x6 boards that will be used for the remainder of our arena.

🚨 SPONSORS NEEDED – HELP US REACH THE FINISH LINE! 🚨

Southern Thumb Arena is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and we’re so close to reaching our goals—but we need a few more sponsors to get there!

Thanks to our amazing supporters, we’ve already made major improvements to the arena. We also recently purchased a timer ($1,000 cost) to help run our events!

Right now, we’re finishing up:
✔️ Electrical updates
✔️ Clubhouse ceiling (one side)
✔️ Flooring

Still needed:
• Outdoor lighting
• Handrails & step adjustments
• PA system
• Awards
• Display for timer (cost more then the timer)
• Buckets and Supplies

Every sponsorship—big or small—helps us bring this arena back to life for our community 💙

We’re asking all sponsors to be submitted by May 1st so we can get sponsor banners and t-shirts made in time for our first show (hopefully in June!)

We would like to have all sponsor payments turned in by May 1, 2026, if possible.

If you are considering sponsoring Southern Thumb Arena Horse Association, please submit your payment by 5/1/2026.

We are getting closer to being able to purchase the items needed to improve our arena. A few things we are still hoping to purchase include outdoor lighting, landscaping timbers, and a microphone & sound system.

We are still looking for a few more sponsors to help make this possible.

Our next board meeting is Tuesday, where we will be discussing further details.
