🌨️❄️WEATHER CLOSURE❄️🌨️

Well y'all, looks like we've got some more crazy SC weather coming!

For the safety of our staff and clients, we are going to be closed Saturday, 1/31/26.

We are going to switch to being open next Saturday, 2/7/26.

Those who have appointments on 1/31 are being contacted by a team member to get them rescheduled to next Saturday.

We will continue to monitor the weather as it moves in and any changes to Monday's schedule will be announced through this system and posted on our social media pages.

We appreciate your understanding and hope you stay safe and warm, and get to enjoy some rare Columbia, SC SNOW! ☃️

Hello! We hope y'all are staying safe and warm! ❄️ Due to weather conditions, we will be opening on a 2 hour delay tomorrow to allow our staff and clients to get to the clinic safely.
We will open at 10am Monday, 1/26/2026.

We wanted to share a quick update about our clinic schedule over the next couple of weeks.

Dr. Bierman will be out of the office Friday, January 16 through Friday, January 23, as he’ll be attending an out-of-state veterinary conference. He’s excited to bring back the latest medical updates and new products to better care for your pets! He’ll be back in the clinic on Monday, January 26.

Here’s what our schedule will look like while he’s away:

Friday, January 16

No doctor on site. We’ll still be open during normal business hours for prescription pick-ups/requests and appointment scheduling.

Monday, January 19

Dr. Wendy Carter will be seeing appointments.

Tuesday, January 20

Dr. Jessica Ricketts will be seeing appointments.

Wednesday, January 21

The clinic will be closed.

Thursday, January 22

No doctor on site. We’ll be open during normal business hours for prescription pick-ups/requests and appointment scheduling.

Friday, January 23

Dr. Laura Cain will be seeing appointments.

While Dr. Bierman is away, we’ll be happy to refill medications that have active refills, and our doctors will be able to review some requests. If you can, please try to submit any routine requests by Thursday, January 15 to help things run smoothly.

We loved celebrating the holidays with our incredible team 🎄 Our clinic holiday party was a blast! We kicked off the night with an escape room challenge and wrapped it up with a great dinner at Pearlz. We are so grateful for the amazing people who make our clinic such a special place!

Please note that our clinic will be closing early at 4:00 PM on Friday, December 12, so our team can enjoy our annual holiday party together.
