Let’s meet our Yoga Instructors! First up is Tammy Jo Henry :

My name is Tammy Jo Henry and I'm a 200 hr regsitered yoga instructor. I have been offering a variety of classes in the Russell County area for the past 5 years! I have a passion for living a happy, healthy life and helping others to do the same.
