Please help us congratulate Aaron Pierre on graduating from our Advanced Program! 🎉

When Aaron Pierre first came to us, he struggled with reactivity, making everyday walks and outings stressful for both him and his family. Through consistent training, clear communication, and building his confidence, Aaron Pierre learned how to stay calm, focused, and neutral around the distractions that once overwhelmed him.

Watching his transformation has been incredible. He now has the tools to make better decisions, remain engaged with his handler, and confidently navigate the world around him. 💙

🐾 Teamwork makes the dream work!

Waylon is graduating next week, so we’re putting the finishing touches on his training by focusing on distraction proofing and duration. Today, he held a solid “ Go Place” command while another training session was taking place right in front of him and one of our trainer’s dogs relaxed in the background.

But this wasn’t just a training opportunity for Waylon! The other dogs were also hard at work, practicing their skills, learning to stay focused around distractions, and building confidence in a real-world training environment.

Teaching dogs to remain calm, engaged, and responsive despite activity around them is a huge part of creating reliable obedience that carries over into everyday life. We’re proud of all of these pups and the progress they’re making every day! 🐶🎓✨

Today our pups explored new sights, sounds, surfaces, and experiences while building confidence in a safe and structured environment. From meeting new friends to learning how to stay calm around distractions, every interaction helps create a well-rounded companion.

Socialization isn’t just about playing with other dogs, it’s about teaching puppies how to navigate the world with confidence and good manners. 💙

🐾 Preparing For Real Life Scenarios🐾

Today’s session focused on helping this sweet girl learn how to stay calm, gentle, and respectful around babies 👶🐶

Using counter conditioning with a baby doll, we worked on rewarding calm behavior, keeping all four paws on the floor, and teaching appropriate interactions around little ones. Our goal is to help build positive habits and confidence so she can safely and successfully coexist around a growing family. 💙

A huge congratulations to Cowboy, Whiskey, and Sweet Pea for officially graduating our Day Train Program! 👏🐾

These three have put in the work learning better obedience, structure, engagement, and how to make good choices both at home and out in public. Watching their progress throughout the program has been amazing, and we’re so proud of how far they’ve come.

Our pups worked through everything from confidence building and environmental exposure to learning how to stay calm and engaged in new situations. One pup practiced relaxing in the stroller while another took on the pool with some counter conditioning work. 💦🐶

Puppy social is about more than just play! It’s about teaching dogs how to exist confidently and appropriately in the world around them while building positive associations along the way. Every session helps create a more stable, well-rounded dog. 👏
