Patience goes a long way with a shy timid baby. This is Ginny and she did so well getting groomed for the first time. This is what I call a progress groom. I will get done as much as I can while respecting their boundaries, because It helps them build confidence over time. Before she left we definitely made friends with each other. It was so nice getting to know her. In the end she did so well, we got it done and she looks adorable 🥰

I’ve been kicking it up a notch on my shy pups. Making grooming a full on spa experience by giving full body massages in the tub while playing spa music. Not only has it calmed most of my anxious babies down a ton, but it’s also creating a space for confidence to grow. So MUCH confidence that they are falling asleep STANDING UP while getting dried. I would like to think I have those spirit fingers 👐🏼 🤭

The perfect “so whatcha think” pose 🤣

I love my clients and their dogs. They become like family to me and truthfully cheer me up when i need it the most. This little fella kept posing the same way for each picture and it made me crack up. He is so cute 🤣🥰
