All, there has been a few tweaks to the schedule. There is a new Intro to NW class on Monday evenings. We will add an additional Advanced Puppy section if the current one fills. Remember that we are offering a cooperative care class on Saturday afternoons - learn how to have your dog happier at the Vet or Groomers. The S.T.A.R. puppy classes are filling up as well. There is space in both of the Foundations agility classes (Equipment (Tues or Wed) and Teamwork (Mon)). Also, there are 3 drop in Agility classes available and we have punch cards that allow you to drop in on classes if you have a funky schedule but still want to work your dogs in a class. Contact [email protected] for questions about classes. Sign up link below.

Saturday CCSC had the pleasure of sharing a variety of canine events with the visitors to the Mizzou College of Veterinary Medicine Open House at the invitation of the newly minted 2nd year class. We (Jamie, Leslie, Lorna, Adam & myself) demonstrated Platform skills, Agility basics, Fetch and Scentwork and all the dogs (1 Weimeraner, 1 Labrador, 2 Border Collies and 2 English Spriner Spaniels) not only participated in the demos but also showed off their skills as Therapy Dogs intermingling with the numerous children, students and their families on a delightfully cool (for May) day. Zed even made it into the news article on the event.

Virginia Huxley performs with Zed the dog during the College of Veterinary Medicine's open house on Saturday at the University of Missouri. Huxley is one of the owners of Columbia
