To Our Clients & Community
Over the past few days, some of our clients have reached out to us with questions regarding comments circulating online about our facility. While we would normally prefer NOT to engage in social media disputes, we feel it is important to address the concerns directly so we can reassure the community we care so much about — a community we have been proud to serve and build relationships with over the past 10 years.
As a team, we want to be clear that the statements being shared are false and misleading and do not reflect who we are or the standards of care we uphold every day. We would also like to clarify that our business does not operate a volunteer program.
Caring for dogs is not just our job — it is something each of us takes seriously and personally. The safety, well-being, and compassionate treatment of every dog entrusted to us has always been, and will always remain, our highest priority. We are proud of the caring, professional, and respectful environment our entire team works hard to create each and every day.
We understand the level of trust it takes to leave your pets in someone else’s care, and that trust means everything to all of us. We remain committed to providing a safe, loving, and dependable environment for every dog who walks through our doors.
We believe in open and honest communication and encourage anyone with genuine questions or concerns to contact us directly so we can address them thoughtfully, respectfully, and constructively. We’ve shared the factual information available to us and, rather than continue speculation through social media commentary, we will be turning off comments on this post to keep the conversation respectful and focused on direct communication.
