Important notes about shelter hours:

Fridays: The shelter closes early the last Friday of the month. Saturdays: When the Howard County Government offices are closed on a Friday, the shelter will be closed that Saturday. When the

He will need an experienced bird owner. He will go to the best applicant based on his special needs. A bird like this needs someone dedicated to his mental and physical and dietary needs.
