Meet Bluey!
Bluey is a 2-year-old Miniature Australian Shepherd (~20 lbs) with striking blue eyes and a beautiful black, gray, and white coat. He’s intelligent, affectionate, and ready to find his perfect forever home.
✨ About Bluey:
* 2-year-old Mini Aussie (~20 lbs)
* Potty trained & crate trained
* Walks well on a leash
* Great with kids
* Very smart, eager to learn, and highly trainable
* Loves enrichment, puzzles, and interactive games
* Velcro dog who loves being close to his person and staying right by their side
Why he needed a new home:
Bluey found it entertaining to chase the neighbors, free range ducks, and chickens. This landed him in doggy jail more than once. 😢
The family has trusted me to find him the perfect home.
🏡 What Bluey needs to thrive:
* A family with dog experience
* Someone with work-from-home or flexible work schedule so he gets consistent engagement and companionship
* Preferably with one well-matched dog, or as the only dog so he can truly shine and not be competing for attention
* Secure fencing (he’s clever and has slipped through fencing when motivated)
* Someone who understands intelligent herding breeds and enjoys working with them
💙 Bluey forms strong bonds once he chooses his person and will happily follow you from room to room just to be near you. In the right home, he will absolutely thrive—he just needs the right match to bring out his best self.
