Our home is missing it's heart these days.

Last September, we lost our Sweet Sadie to natural old age.
It's still incredibly hard to even write this.

She gave us a whole final week to let me carry her around and have a hand on her constantly. I know her loyal soul held on as long as possible.

Sadie was adopted from the city shelter back in 2011 when she was 2 years old.
She gave us 13 years of the utmost loyalty, laughs, adventures, and companionship.

They say a dog is but a small chapter in our lives, while we are their whole lives.

I have to make myself believe that we gave her the best life ever outside of that shelter.
I'm forever thankful for her friendship.

Another classic repeat in the house this week.
Murray has been part of the PnB fam since Oliver cat joined us, so about 3 years!
He's professional small toy puker upper, chaos tail, and cuddler, no matter the size chair you're on.

Willoughby blends right into the family, quirks and all.
We love having his wits around.
Even Oliver the cat approves.

He's even polite enough to quickly remind us
of his mischievous manners,
and what preventative measures to take.

>Walk out the door backwards, make sure the gate is up

>Take out on leash or have bribes in hand because this boy LOVES his outdoor time.

>When we had the farm, W***y was a roller and had to wear the rain coat of shame for it.
There's no farm now, so atleast he's off the hook about that!

Facebook has not honored my name change request as of yet, but in honor of becoming an official LLC, allow me to officially introduce myself!

Some things you might not know about me:

> I've lived in Columbia my whole life.
The heat is about the only thing I really, really hate about it.

> I have 1 dog, a hedgehog, and 2 cats..though it feels like 3 because one is an orange tabby. Like son like mother, I guess?

> While I've strived to make adhd my super power and continue to apply whatever tools I can to cope, my main struggle narrows down to some severe social anxieties.
Animals and nature act as a mediator for me to overcome these challenges.
When I observe patterns and behavior, it helps me understand myself and fellow mysterious humans better 🤷
I love to share this knowledge to help pet owners give the absolute best care for their babies.

>When I'm not surrounding myself with animals......
My hobbies include
-contra dancing
-foraging
-crafting herb based remedies
-any chance to play video or card/board games with friends.
