Rosalie’s Forever Home 💕🐾

Rosalie has officially found her forever home with Samantha and Wes, and we are so excited for this sweet rescue dog and her new family.

Rosalie is joining a home full of animal lovers where pets are truly treated like family. She now has two canine siblings, Moose and Runtsy, along with a fenced yard, lots of love, and plenty of adventures ahead.

Her adopters shared that they are dedicated to giving their dogs the happiest lives possible, and it is clear Rosalie is stepping into a home where she will be deeply loved, well cared for, and included in all of life’s fun moments.

At Da Vinci’s Dream Animal Rescue, we love seeing rescue dogs matched with families who understand the lifelong commitment and joy that comes with adoption, and Rosalie’s new chapter is such a beautiful example of that.

Meet Gunner 🐾💙

Gunner is part of The Nordic Nuggets litter, alongside his sister Greta. Born around 03/13/2026, this sweet boy is growing into a playful, affectionate pup with a curious spirit and lots of personality ✨

He loves exploring, romping around with his sister, and soaking up attention from his people. Gunner has a fun, energetic side balanced with an easygoing charm that makes him such a joy to be around.

With his lovable puppy spirit and happy personality, Gunner is ready to find his forever family 💕

Maxwell Update: Living His Best Spoiled Life 💙🐾

We absolutely loved receiving this update on Maxwell — now better known as Max, Maxy, Maxibillion, Mr. Bill, or Billy depending on the day 😝

Max was adopted through Da Vinci’s Dream Animal Rescue in November 2024, and today this silly boy is celebrating his 2nd birthday surrounded by a family that clearly adores him.

His family shared that while Max was “very hard to train” at first, all the hard work, patience, and love have paid off tremendously. Though according to them, his greatest remaining talent is still climbing onto the dinner table to steal food whenever nobody is watching 😭

These days, Max spends his time cuddling on the couch, playing with his big brother Percy, chewing his favorite bones, and collecting what his family lovingly calls the “Max Tax” while they cook in the kitchen. His favorite snacks include cheese, peppers, and yogurt straight off the spoon 🧀🥄

What especially touched us was hearing how much they appreciated the thoughtful adoption process through Da Vinci’s Dream Animal Rescue and how carefully our foster-based rescue works to place rescue dogs in the right forever homes.

Hearing that Max is so loved, spoiled, happy, and thriving with his family is exactly why we do what we do. Happy Birthday, Maxy 💕

Benny’s Forever Home 💙🐾

Benny has officially found his forever home with Tracey and Greg, and this adoption is an especially meaningful one for Da Vinci’s Dream Animal Rescue.

Tracey and Greg previously adopted Biscuit — now lovingly called Buster — from our rescue back in January 2025, and after seeing how wonderfully he settled into their home, they knew they were ready to welcome another rescue dog into the family.

Benny is joining a loving home with a fenced yard, lots of companionship, and a built-in best friend in Buster, a playful and gentle Goldendoodle who absolutely loves other dogs and was ready for a companion to run and play with.

His adopters shared that they have the time, patience, experience, and love needed to provide a wonderful life for another dog, and it is clear Benny is stepping into a home where he will be deeply cherished.

Repeat adopters mean so much to us because they reflect the trust families place in Da Vinci’s Dream Animal Rescue and the thoughtful adoption process we work hard to provide for every rescue dog and forever family.

Greta is a sweet little member of The Nordic Nuggets litter, alongside her brother Gunner. Born around 03/13/2026, this adorable girl is growing into a happy, affectionate companion ✨

She’s easygoing, playful, and full of fun puppy energy. Greta loves attention, exploring, and romping around with her brother while enjoying everything puppy life has to offer.

With her loving nature and playful spirit, Greta is sure to bring lots of joy to a lucky family 💕

Bernadette’s Forever Home 💕🐾

Bernadette has officially found her forever home with Sheri, James, and their two children, and we are so excited for this beautiful rescue dog and her new family.

After losing their beloved dog Taffy to cancer last year, the family took time to heal before opening their hearts again. Over the last several months, they realized home simply felt too quiet without a dog — even with their two beloved cats, Catman and KitKat, keeping everyone company.

Bernadette is now joining a loving home with a fenced yard, plenty of companionship, and a family that truly believes pets are family members. With Sheri working from home most of the week, Bernadette will have lots of attention, enrichment, and time to settle comfortably into her new life.

One thing that especially stood out during the adoption process was this family’s deep commitment to animal rescue. Sheri also fosters for Indianapolis Animal Care Services because she believes in helping shelter animals receive the second chances they deserve — something we deeply value at Da Vinci’s Dream Animal Rescue as well.

At Da Vinci’s Dream Animal Rescue, we work hard to create thoughtful matches that lead to lasting forever homes, and Bernadette’s adoption is such a wonderful example of that mission in action.

Logan’s New Beginning 💙🐾

Logan has officially found his forever home with Wendy and Scott, and we are so happy for this sweet rescue dog and his new family.

As longtime dog owners and now empty nesters, Wendy and Scott shared that their home simply did not feel complete without welcoming another companion into the family. Their current dog, Sassy, was also ready for a new best friend to play and bond with — making Logan the perfect addition.

Logan is joining a loving home where pets are treated like family, with adopters who truly understand the joy, companionship, and connection rescue dogs bring into everyday life.

One thing that especially stood out during the adoption process was their heart for animal rescue and their desire to specifically adopt a dog who needed a loving forever home.

At Da Vinci’s Dream Animal Rescue, creating thoughtful matches between rescue dogs and families is always our goal, and we are so excited for Logan as he begins this happy new chapter with Wendy, Scott, and Sassy ✨

Sheryl Update: Thriving in Her Forever Home 💕🐾

We love getting updates on our former rescue dogs, and it sounds like Sheryl is doing wonderfully with William, Brandy, and their two children.

Her family shared that Sheryl has settled beautifully into home life and has become such a loved part of the family. With William working from home and Brandy home throughout the day, she gets lots of companionship, attention, and cuddle time — which suits this sweet girl perfectly 💛

One of the best parts of her new life has been her bond with the family’s miniature poodle. The two have quickly become close friends and love spending time together playing, relaxing, and exploring the yard side by side.

Sheryl has also formed a special connection with the kids, especially their daughter, who had been hoping for a dog she could bond with and help care for.

Her family says Sheryl is affectionate, gentle, loves curling up in laps, and truly enjoys being close to her people. Seeing her so happy, secure, and loved is exactly what we hope for with every adoption through Da Vinci’s Dream Animal Rescue ✨
