Happy blustery Thursday!

Due to the amount of horses that are calling Spots N Splashes Ranch home, we are going to have to incorporate some new rules.

No unauthorized turn out in the arena. P**p isn't getting picked out after a turn out and more people need to use the arena.

If you're going to use the arena, please share and limit to 30 minutes if you're going to lunge or free lunge. Don't loiter in the arena when someone is waiting.

If there's a lesson going on, please ask if you can come in. Some horses may be green.

No more than 3 or 4 horses at a time, and always go the same direction.

If you show up to the barn and just immediately take the arena, please make sure someone else isn't planning an immediate use.

We all have super busy schedules and need to work together to make it smooth going over the indoor months. We have a really great barn family, let's keep communication open please.

Good evening folks! Your friendly barn phantom here for a gentle reminder to please throw away your hay strings in the garbage, and put shovels out of the way.

Both represent safety hazards when left feral like this.

Good evening all! Just a few reminders:

Please lock tack rooms after using them.

Clean up manure piles in the arena after use. The footing is brand new.

Don't forget to turn off lights before you leave.

If you use something that isn't yours, put it back where you found it.

Lately there has been some equipment left in the arena. This can be hazardous if it's not noticed by the next user.

Please watch your children around the porta potty. Items are getting thrown down into the vault and its expensive to fix and maintain. If this continues, we will be putting up a combo lock for people over the age of 18 and children will need to be supervised to use the bathroom.

Please help us to keep costs low and a happy barn.
