We have 5 people on our waiting list, a mate is ready, now we just need Katie to come into season. We were hoping to have puppies ready for Christmas, but that's not going to happen. Time frame works something like this. Katie comes into heat, 7 to 9 days later she mates, puppies are in the oven approximately 63 days (9 weeks). Then the real excitement starts. We will keep you posted.

Those anxious to see puppy pictures please be patient. Katie still has not yet come into season. she has been hunting and, along with her daughter from her last litter, is coming along just fine.

Looks like we have a backup plan and we are back on track for Katie's next litter.

Here's an update on Katie's next litter. The sire, Kodi, has developed an infection in his system. This will hamper him from breeding for up to a month. Katie is not in season yet, but as a backup plan we want to be prepared for anything. We are currently on the hunt for another sire in case timing dictates Katie as being ready and Kodi not. We would like either a black and white or liver and white AKC registered male. We would also entertain the idea of a tri-color springer spaniel. Any help in finding a possible replacement would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

We were expecting that this litter would be exceptionally good hunters and it looks like we were right. Please feel free to post hunting pictures and brag about your springer. Just a one year old pup!

Meet Kodi, He is the hansom guy who will be the sire of our next litter with Katie. We are expecting Katie to come into season at any time now. Kodi is the one on the right and alone.

We were hoping to have puppies leave "the nest" by Christmas this year. It's now looking like it may be mid-January before we have puppies to go. We will keep you posted on our progress.
