Can you help with Mama Cora's Cancer Surgery? π
Donations paid to the vet for her upcoming surgery on 1/30/26, sharing her post, and prayers are greatly appreciated. π
Mama Cora was spayed at the end of October and had some mammary lumps removed, which were cancerous. Just a few weeks later she developed more mammary lumps. For the past 2 months I've been talking with a few different vets, finding out what she needs, getting exams, x-rays and bloodwork done. Thank God her x-rays showed no cancer in her chest or lungs. Hopefully it's isolated to her mammary area. They need to remove her entire mammary chain on that side, which will likely cost on the high end of the estimate at $2401.94 because that is for the amount of time the vet thinks it will take to do the surgery, rather than the low end which would be for a faster surgery and they don't think they can do it in that amount of time. The attached picture of the surgery estimate was the updated one from 1/16/26, although it shows the December date of the original estimate. I have already purchased her pain meds, which were not included in the estimate. I have already spent $2380.01 in vet bills related to her cancer.
I am posting this here because Mama Cora is the most amazing mama to 3 litters (27 puppies!), and she does pet therapy for people with special needs. I wondered if any of her puppy litter families and other friends and family would be willing to help by donating to the vet or sharing her post or praying?
Thank you π
