NATIONAL MUTT DAY!
Today is dedicated to celebrating mixed-breed dogs and encouraging their adoption from shelters. National Mutt Day is celebrated semi-annually on July 31 and December 2. Post a pic of your mutt in the comments!

How to celebrate National Mutt Day:
* Adopt a mutt: Visit a local animal shelter and consider adopting a mixed-breed dog.
* Volunteer: Offer your time at a shelter to help socialize and exercise the dogs.
* Donate: Give to your local animal shelter to help provide food, toys, and medical care.
