Good Afternoon friends!!
If I shared EVERY animal needing placement, my feed would be flooded by the minute. Many of you know I am passionate about rescue and adoption, and only post here on my page when there may be a very urgent matter, specifically, when they may hit personally.
One of my friends is experiencing heartbreak at home with her cat that she has loved for almost 10 years. He is not an average house cat, but a Bengal, who requires much more, and some may say have those wired “less than domesticated” traits. This friend is unfortunately needing to rehome her boy. In her own words, I am sharing her plea, in hope to help find a new home for her boy.

“Our 9-year-old Bengal, Owen has been a loved member of our family since he was a kitten. He is affectionate and sweet much of the time, but he has a history of aggression toward people. After recently injuring our daughter, our veterinarian advised that he is not safe to remain in a home with young children.
Before making any final decisions, we are trying to see if there is an experienced, adult-only home or rescue that is truly equipped to manage a cat with this type of behavioral history.
This is not a typical rehoming. Anyone interested would need to fully understand his history, and we will only consider a placement if we believe it is safe for everyone involved.
