Groomed a dog on Friday, but I couldn’t finish him.. I hate this part, but it happens!! The dog was freaking out! I told the lady she owed 60$ because I did do a bath a**l glads, cleaned ears, tried to brush teeth, and a partial haircut. When she came to pick up the dog she wrote me a 70$ check post dated for Wednesday. I told her I did not mind the post dated check, no big deal. I gave her options with another groomer or sedation for grooming from her vet. Yesterday she text me and asked if she could give me cash instead of me cashing the check so her husband didn’t see what she spent on grooming. I said of course no problem I’m home today even tho it’s my day off, come on out. As soon as she got here she started going through pics she took of her dog saying this leg was longer this ear was shorter… I said yes ma’am and I sent you a video stating I could not and would not finish your dog. He was freaking out! I will not allow your dog to freak out on my table he could get hurt I could get hurt! This woman gave me 60$ and said she’s no longer giving me a 10$ tip because I didn’t finish her dog….. I swear it’s crazy out here man! Please know if I cannot groom your dog I will not groom your dog! I will send your dog home, so please be more understanding! It’s most definitely not because I don’t want to groom your dog it’s that I do not want to be responsible for hurting your dog! How rude! 🤣 no tip for me!
Not complaining just saying…
