Adopt at Collierville Animal Shelter The Collierville Animal Shelter is dedicated to helping abandoned, injured, and lost animals in our community. through 3:30 P.M. with an approved application.

We strive to provide resources, information, and education to the public in order to promote better care and treatment of the animals we love. We are currently adopting out animals by appointment only Tuesday through Sunday 12:30 P.M. To fill out an application, please go to Pet Adoption | Collierville, TN and email it to [email protected]

Adoption fee is $50. Cash, check, or debit and credit cards are accepted (there is a 3% convenience fee for credit cards). All cats and kittens have been spayed or neutered, have been tested for FIV/FeLuk, have been microchipped and will be registered, and have received their age appropriate core vaccinations. The well-being of our animals is our primary concern and all adoption decisions will be made with that in mind.

Meet BUTTERCUP! This girl is shy sweetness wrapped in golden brown fur. Buttercup is a 6 month old girl who came to us very scared and shut down. She was terrified by everything about the shelter, but has slowly been opening her heart and learning to trust. She now enjoys walks and quiet time with humans. She is curious about her world and will look to her human for cues. She is dog friendly and loves to play! If you would enjoy a quiet, loving girl who might need a little patience in early transition, please consider this sweetheart. She’s truly a love!

DUCHESS was a very nurturing mom to 5 kittens. She enjoys toys, especially items that dangle. Sitting & sleeping in high places are her favorite! She loves humans & will make a wonderful companion to a very lucky person or family.

Check out these precious pictures we just received from an adopter!

After adopting their dog Barkley about nine months ago from our shelter, they just knew he needed a new friend. When they saw Willow on our website, they thought she might be a perfect match. After a short foster period, they decided to finalize the adoption with her!! They chose to name her Jenny! They report that their dog Barkley is in love with Willow. He treats her like his baby. They do everything together and she is totally a shadow to him. Two peas in a pod. Her new mom reports that she’s very sassy, fun to be around, and runs the house.

We just can’t get over how cute the two of them are together. This is a total dream for any shelter dog! They are being so spoiled and loved by the whole family. You can tell how relaxed and happy they are. Thank you for opening your home to two of our pups. 🥹🧡

We had three wonderful adoptions today! First, Shelly AND Darla went home together! It is so sweet when a family is willing to open their home to not only one, but two, rescue pups! They are going to be the best sisters and will totally keep each other busy! Next, our little Sweet Pea found the perfect family. Her new mom loves her shy and timid personality, and can’t wait to see her blossom in a safe, loving home. All three of these pups got extremely lucky! What a great adoption day.

*ADOPTED* Hey! My name is Shelly and I’m a 6 month old beautiful brindle mixed breed girl! I was found as a stray on HYW 72 and picked up by a Good Samaritan. I am extremely sweet and affectionate. I love other dogs and play really well. I have a shy side and I’m very gentle. I’m good on a leash, and do well with potty training. I just got spayed yesterday so now I’m available for adoption. These 5 tabby boys came in very scared and spicy. After two months of hard work, they are showing off their sweet side and are so much more trusting of people. They still can be a bit skittish but now value the good life of tv watching, big snuggles, yummy food, and air conditioning! They all look so much alike that their foster mom could only tell them apart by their noses - thus Mr. Pink and Mr. Brown were named… and the rest followed theme after the famous Tarantino film. Mr. Blonde, Mr. White, and Mr. Orange complete the set.
