Hagan Ranch The Hagan Ranch was in Milam County, but now in Brazos County! The land is sandy and rocky with heavy iron content hence the vibrant red dirt.

After selling the house in Louisiana in 2001, we purchased 50 acres in Milam county in preparation for retirement. It is hilly and the house-site is on a 410' elevation ridge which looks out towards the west and the hill country.
