This page was created for my beloved dog, Jake (a.k.a. “Jakers” a.k.a. “Bubba” a.k.a. “Bubb”). It pains me to tell you all that I received some disappointing news last week; it seems that having a heart as big as his does have consequences. Without going into too many details there is a lesion in his heart which is growing to the point where it is causing an 80% obstruction near his Pulmonic valve
. He does have a referral to the Texas A&M Small Animal Cardiology department at the end of April for a 2nd assessment which I’m optimistic will give us some options. He has grown with me since he was 6 weeks old, passing his 9th birthday just a couple weeks ago… God knows we have experienced a lot together which made me think of all of you. I am not putting this out for your money or your prayers, all I am asking is for a story or a picture and how this chatty white fellow may have made an impression on you.
