Creek Bottom Bend Rabbitry had a very successful day March 23, 2026.

We started the day off by having Ms. Faith Joles place 7th and 9th out of 56 pens up in Corsicana, TX at the Navarro County Youth Livestock Show!

We headed into the Brazos County Youth Livestock Show in Bryan, TX where we saw big success for many of our families!

So let's explain how Brazos County did their judging this year. This will play a part in placing here in a minute. Brazos County had two rabbit judges this year. One judged lightweight (4.5 pounds and under) and one judged heavyweight (4.6 and above). The top 20 were a mix of 10 heavyweight and 10 lightweight.

We had the reserve champion lightweight rabbit, which placed 4th overall in the show.

Out of 220 pens entered in the show, we had several in the top 20! We had lots in the top 40!

There were 69 sale spots and our rabbits came in 28 of those spots!!

We are so extremely proud of the kids! Thank you parents for helping your kids along the way! Great job to all exhibitors!

We are looking forward to another successful year here at Creek Bottom Bend Rabbitry! Our books are open for next year, so join the list early!
