8/11/21 UPDATE - I am so happy to say the OWNERS ARE FOUND!!! They live in Vermont and were heading home.

I am in Summit County Ohio. This dog may belong to someone in VT who lost it here on their way home. Dog found on June 28th.

No tags, no chip. I was contacted by a person who was in a gas station when a woman said her brown and white dog escaped the car. The lady told the clerk she was on her way to Vermont. This dog was found down the road the same day. There have been no leads other than that locally.
