❄️ I just want to take a moment to say that we do understand that life can sometimes throw curveballs that we’re
not expecting. Being a one on one grooming facility, we reserve a spot for your dog specifically. If you can’t make your appointment we just ask that you give us 24 hours to fill that spot. Last minute cancellations/ no shows hurt the business and rob other clients of that appointment spot. To ensure fairness to our clients and our growing business we have implemented the following cancellation policy.

❄️ Not giving 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule will result in a $30 fee that must be paid before scheduling your next appointment.

❄️ 2nd time is 50% $ of appointment missed

❄️ 3rd time is the full amount of appointment missed and we will ask you to prepay for any appointments thereafter.

❄️If you are a new client and you miss your first appointment you will not be added to our client roster.

As much as I didn’t want to have to make a post like this, due to the influx of new clientele I felt it was necessary
to inform everyone of this change. We would like to keep our business running as smoothly as possible. Thank you for your business and support as always!!

The holidays are right around the corner!

⭐️ If you haven’t booked your holiday appointments we recommend reaching out as we are almost full! ⭐️

🐶🐱This year, we want to show our support to the organizations that help less fortunate animals looking for their forever homes. We will have a donation box in the entry way of the salon.
