Hi there! I’m Mikenah, the face behind Bug's Critter Creations as well as owner of Bugs Barnyard Buns rabbitry🥕🐰. I started out this journey at 19yrs old on Mercari as HoffmanExoticDesigns back in 2021 sewing pet-safe cage accessories because I wanted to create quality for our furry and scaley friends. Which then led me to opening an etsy shop! Animals have been a big part of my life and having a small shop catering to them had brung me much joy. As life got busy, job changes, and my interests slightly shifted. I started raising Holland Lops beginning of 2023. Which has significantly impacted me and my interests. My small shop went dormant for awhile until I started up selling rabbit manure for fertilizer. I decided on rebranding and starting fresh catering small pets in a different way...
I have been in the works of rebuilding my small shop since October 2025! We are shifting into all natural, pet-safe toys and chews for all small nibblers furry to feathered🪶. Extensively researching materials that are safe for all small pet species. With owning critters of my own from rabbits to green cheek conures I have been making my own toys for a couple years now, as pet store products are becoming very over priced and quality not always there. Our goal is to supply pet parents with affordable, safe, quality toys💕.
It has been long over due but we are finally nearing our grand opening 🙌. We do not have products available yet but we are currently working on getting more products stocked up 🥰✨️.
