Have you noticed these adorable pygmy goats next to the barn when you're picking up hay?? If you haven't, take a look soon because they are looking for new homes! These belong to our youngest daughter, Lyla, who uses the proceeds to fund her 4h projects. We have this one female still for sale. A farm with other goats and/or sheep is preferred. Start the new year off right with some top quality hay and straw.

Approx 60% alfalfa 40% orchard,
Doesn’t get much nicer for a mixed hay.
•Long stem wheat straw with great color
•3rd cut alfalfa ,very leafy, as good or better
than western hay!

It’s that time of year for feeding more hay in the pastures and our round bales are a great option. They are a 1st cut orchard Kentucky bluegrass mix. Easy to roll out from your pickup bed or trailer.
We also have very nice long stem wheat straw in 21 bale bundles. Easy and convenient loading with a skid loader.
Stop by and check these and other great kinds out before it gets cold.

We can help. Cross Bar Farm has 8 years plus of experience shipping to South Carolina and Florida. We work closely with a reliable trucking company who will get the loads there on time, every time.
Loads can be 2 sizes. Approximately 560-590 bales in a walking floor trailer (as pictured), or approx 730 bales in a van trailer.

Received some beautiful 2nd cut orchardgrass today. Great color and smell.
And sorry we haven’t posted much in the past couple months. We’ve been busy making our own hay! So with that being said, there are lots of great kinds of hay now available
