The Koetsiers are experienced breeders who live in the foothills of California just above Fresno. They raise their puppies with their seven children on their 12-acre hobby farm. After seeing what a quality puppy could do for their five adopted children, along with their two biological children, they discovered a passion for raising these therapeutic dogs.
