We have another happy tail. Remember Merlin who was spotted withering away by a worker? He was a body comp of 1 when a.c. brought him in. (Owner charged) He has spent the last few months with an amazing foster and a pooch that couldn't even stand up on his own has been Spartan Training. He has been adopted by his fosters bestie and her pack adores him.

Bindi came in from a.c. very pregnant. She whelped 10 puppies. 7 passed within days. We placed 3 with bottle foster and 2 more eventually passed. Bindi has a great silver living. She has been in a foster to adopt situation and now has her furver family. Onward and upward. Bindis loan survivor Nibbler will be looking for his family soon as well.

Raleigh County Animal Control brought in 5 pups yesterday. And 4 adults. This is in addition to the 9 pups last week. Fun fact, anytime we receive puppies but the momma stays with owners we offer to spay and neuter the parents. If you have a few dollars to spare it all adds up

We need donations desperately. We had a cat leg amputation last week for $555, health certed several last week for over $300, have at least 13 to health cert this week. This doesn't include daily operational needs. Such as vaccines, dewormer and flea/tick prevention. Please consider a small donation to help keep us above water.
