🩷 Meet Nala! 🩷

Nala is a gorgeous one-year-old pup with just the right blend of sugar and spice!

She's playful, affectionate, and full of personality — a dog who will steal your heart and maybe a sock or two. This sweet girl loves to play with other dogs and would thrive in a home with a playful canine companion. That said, she might be a little too rambunctious for senior dogs.

Nala is currently being fostered with cats and, to everyone's delight, she pretty much ignores them! Rope toys are her absolute favorite, and she’ll happily entertain herself or invite you to join the fun. After playtime, she’s all about cuddles and companionship — whether that means curling up on the couch with you or quietly following you around the house. And yes, you might find her gently licking your toes or nudging your heels with her nose just to say, "Hi, I love you!"

Nala uses a doggie door and is working on her potty training. She’ll need a little patience and consistency as she continues learning. We don’t know much about Nala’s early life, but we do know she’s ready for a fresh start with a family who will go at her pace and help her gain confidence. New things like car rides and leash walks can be a little scary for her right now, so she’ll need gentle introductions and lots of encouragement.

If you’re looking for a loyal, playful, and affectionate companion with the sweetest heart, Nala might just be your perfect match. She’s ready to find her forever home and a family to love!

Nala is fixed, UTD on shots, dewormed, flea treated, & microchipped. Nala is located in Clovis California. Although we allow out of area adoptions we require families to pick up in person. We do not ship or transport our dogs.

Nala is now accepting applications, and will be ready to head to her forever home on Saturday the 23rd.

Sara is a gentle soul with a heart full of love to give. She was adopted once, but through no fault of her own, she’s found herself back with us.

At 8 years old, Sara has the perfect mix of s***k and snuggles. She’s incredibly loyal and affectionate, the kind of dog who bonds deeply and will happily be your shadow, cuddle buddy, and biggest fan. She loves her walks, enjoys playtime, and will happily curl up right next to you at night—her favorite place to feel safe and loved.

Currently, She can live peacefully with both small and large dogs, but is not a fan of cats. She’s potty trained, uses a doggy door, and already knows basic commands.

Don’t let her age fool you—Sara has plenty of energy and a zest for life. She can get a little bouncy when excited, but she’s quick to settle and eager to please.

Sweet Snowflake was found abandoned at a well-known dumping area. Despite being posted for her owners, no one ever came forward. That’s when she became a Pawsquad dog. 💕

They say one person’s trash is another person’s treasure — and Snowflake has proven just that. What was once a heartbreaking beginning has turned into the life she always deserved. She will never again be treated as anything less than a princess. 👑🐾

Twiggy is Adopted ❤️

Twiggy was the last of the group of dogs we helped rescue from a hoarding case. While her friends found homes quickly, this sweet girl took a little more time. Her gentle heart was always there, but her anxiety sometimes made potential adopters pass her by.

Today, we’re overjoyed to share that Twiggy has finally found her perfect match — with a repeat adopter from Pawsquad! 💕 We know she’ll be cherished, spoiled, and treated like the princess she truly is.

Did you know adorable puppies like this are dying by the hundreds daily. 💔

Puppies like Rachel here, to no fault of there own, find themselves in danger at overflowing shelters. Not due to health, not because they are bad dogs, but simply because they are born into a world with soo many dogs, and not enough homes.

Rachel will never know how close she was to not being here today. Thanks to a foster home, she will only know a life of love and adventures. 🩷

This is a friendly reminder to spay and neuter your pets. If you would like to be a hero for dogs like 2 pound Rachel, we are always in dire need of foster homes.

For most who are scrolling through Facebook this is just another sad tale of a dog who beat all odds.

However to one foster family, this is much more then that. This is the best cuddle buddy when you are sick. A shadow so you know your never alone. A laugh on the rough days, and the king of all zoomies. To that one forever foster family, it's not 'just another dog'.

To them it's family.

Percy came to us as just a tiny 3 pound puppy who experienced more bad days then good ones. With a illness that was unknown, our organization welcomed him with open arms. His foster family said it was love at first sight, and although it was long nights at first, they made sure they where going down swinging. After lots of special vet visits, bloodwork after bloodwork, tests after tests, it was easier to list the things that where not wrong with Percy. After a plan was set, he was started on meds, and his bad days got better.

A dog who once walked the walls drooling as he cried, started to thrive.

While vets believed that Percy wouldn't live longer then his first birthday, Percy had other plans. He celebrated with a handmade cake from ingredients only he could eat. Shortly after his first birthday he had another episode, so his medications were adjusted according.

The sad part about dogs who are not destined to make it, is just that.

At some point there is no more medications you can add. At some point the medications stop working. At some point they slowly start to decline.

Percy turns two on October 17th. His family is very hopeful that they will get to celebrate that with him.

Forever fosters are gifts from God. They allow thier hearts to brake time and time again so that the dogs hearts never have to. Dogs like Percy get a second chance at a beautiful life full of love and adventures because of them. Thanks to donors like you, Percy got that second chance at life.

Although we don't like to talk about end of life expenses, it's something that's so important to families like Percy's. When the time comes, his family will be with him till the very end. We like to make sure families are able to get the babies back home where they have always belonged.
