🎨🐱 UGLY DOG/CAT ART IS BACK! 🐱🎨

The cats have officially filed a complaint! Apparently, they’re tired of the dogs getting all the attention and demanded a fair shot at being turned into masterpieces! 😂

And who better to answer their demands than our artist Susan, BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! 🎨❤️

Today’s model is the lovely Whinnie! 🧡🐈

Susan clearly captured Whinnie’s good side. The squinty little eyes, the fabulous whiskers, the dramatic pose, and that glorious orange body!

Honestly, it’s giving “Paint me like one of your French girls.” 🤣

The resemblance is uncanny. The entertainment is PRICELESS! 💀😂

This lucky senior girl was swooped up by a wonderful new mom and fur sibling, and she’s about to become quite the traveling girl! 🚗🐾

Her new family hits the road between California and Alaska, with plenty of adventures and stops along the way!

We couldn’t be happier for our sweet Coco! 🥹❤️ This girl deserves to see everything this big, beautiful world has to offer, and now she gets to do just that with a family who loves her!

From rescue girl to world traveler! 🌎🐶

💗 MEET MADONNA! 💗

Madonna is a sweet little 11-year-old senior girl weighing just 8 pounds. She can be a little shy when she first meets you, but give her a little time and that adorable personality starts to come out.

Once she feels comfortable, she’s playful, gets the cutest little zoomies, and absolutely LOVES chow time. Treats are serious business too — she’ll even sit up like a tiny kangaroo when she knows you have one. 😂

Madonna also has a soft, snuggly side. She loves laying next to her person and will tuck her little head into her blankets while being petted. 🥹❤️

She’s not much of a barker, gets along great with other small dogs of both genders, and doesn’t mind cats either. She is house trained, potty pad trained, and knows how to use a doggy door.

Madonna does have heart disease and is currently on heart medication, but she isn’t letting that stop her from enjoying life. She’s looking for someone who understands that seniors may come with a little extra care — and a whole lot of love to give.

This tiny girl deserves a soft place to land and a family who will love her through her golden years. ❤️🐾

🎨🐾😂 UGLY PET DRAWING SHOWDOWN! WHO COMMITTED THE BIGGER CRIME?! 😂🐾🎨

Today’s victim… I mean MODEL… is the beautiful JUNE! 🐶❤️

And apparently ONE artist wasn’t enough to destroy this poor dog’s dignity. We needed TWO! 🤣🤣🤣

Now, both ladies were given the SAME beautiful dog to draw. Same photo. Same dog. And somehow we ended up with TWO completely different artistic disasters. 😂😂

Kim went with what appears to be a crime scene sketch done by someone who only got a three-second look at the suspect. 🤣

Susan, on the other hand, decided June needed a complete facial reconstruction. The eyes. The nose. That tongue! 💀😂

The confidence these women have picking up art supplies is honestly inspiring. THE TALENT? Questionable. THE ENTERTAINMENT? PRICELESS! 🤣👏

Meet Olive

This sweet and loving senior girl is looking for the home of her dreams.

Olive is a 12-year-old Dachshund mix who gets along well with other dogs, is housetrained, and does great with well-mannered children.

One thing to know about Olive is that change can be a little hard on her at first. When she moves into a new place, she may spend the first couple of days whining and wandering around like she’s searching for her people.

But give her a little time and patience, and it’s almost like magic — she settles in, realizes she’s safe, and her true personality starts to shine.

Olive bonds hard with her person. Once she decides you’re hers, she wants to be near you and be part of your day. She’s loving, loyal, and just wants that special person she can call her own.

At 12 years old, Olive isn’t asking for much — just a patient family, a comfy place to land, and someone who will give her the time she needs to realize she’s finally home.

⚠️ Puppy Supplies Needed! ⚠️

Today while one of our team members was walking the shelter hallways, a staff member walked up and handed them a few day old puppy with a gash on the neck. With a open wound, and the odds stacked against her, we knew she needed a better chance at seeing a bright future.

So, she loaded up in her new fosters arms and is heading to the vet. 🩷

This little girl is just a day or two old. The gash is deep, but we are hopeful with proper medical treatment and TLC she has the potential to make a full recovery.

Although she isn't out of the woods yet, with her new foster mommy by her side, she's now got the best chance at life.

We would love to get the foster mom stocked up with some well needed puppy supplies. From milk, to bottles, and a heating pad, things like this make it easier for our wonderful fosters who give up sleep and countless hours to care for the forgotten.

🎉🐾 TINY TIM IS ADOPTED!! 🐾🎉

Boy, did this little guy make a splash when we posted him for adoption! 😂❤️

Applications, emails, and phone calls came pouring in from near and far! We sure wish ALL of our dogs got this kind of attention!

Unfortunately, there’s only ONE Tiny Tim and a whole lot of people who wanted to love him. We could only choose one family, and we know that leaves some disappointed.

But the wonderful news is… TINY TIM HAS FOUND HIS FOREVER HOME! 🥹❤️

He is safe, loved, and starting his happily ever after!
