Britt Lally Performance Horsemanship is gently looking for a new facility to call home. 🤍
BLPH is a brain-based, attunement & soundness focused c**t starting, problem solving, and performance horsemanship program.
What I’m looking for:
• A facility within the Green Area to work out of for the next 6mos-3yrs depending on life circumstances and compatibility. (If it’s in the immediate future, the darker/red area would be best, as I have ties to the general area for the next year and a half. After that, the search can widen. But if you feel like you have the perfect place, please do not hesitate to reach out.)
• An All Weather Arena at least 100’X200’
• Ideally - a covered workspace be it a round pen, & or arena.
• A solid, safe round pen with training safe footing.
• The ability to host clinics.
• The ability to allow clients to haul-in for lessons.
• Room for 4-8 horses. Maybe with room to grow? If it’s on the lower number of horses, I would be very interested in sharing space with another trainer. I miss having someone to work alongside. If no other trainer, room for more horses so that I could hire help would be ideal.
• TRAILS would be LOVELY! 🌲
• Obstacle course??? HUGE ➕
• I’d LOVE grass & 24/7 turn out in a dream world. SAFE fencing is a must.
• I’d love to be somewhere that is already a functional facility. I currently do not own a drag/tractor/UTV.
*I’m flexible and open to set up regarding stabling.
• 🌟 Stalls/Run ins with individual turnout.🌟
• Pasture with group turn out.
- Whatever the set up, just must have safe, appropriate shelter and turn out. I do not want the horses in my program to live in stalls.
With that being said, one of the things that I will need at this facility is the ability to keep horses individually when need be.
• 🫶🏻 KIND facility owners that care deeply about horses. I am seeking a beautiful working relationship. ✨
• Plenty of tack room space.
• Bottom line - this facility NEEDS to be set up appropriately for training and ease of workflow.
- Right now I rent each space individually which at this point in building my program, is very ideal. I’d love to find a similar arrangement.
I’d love to work alongside another like-minded trainer, & love community. ☺️
Here are the reasons I’m searching:
Right now I’m at a drop dead GORGEOUS facility owned by one of my very favorite humans. I just need a slightly different set up to accommodate my current demand.
I deeply value letting horses be horses, but want to be able to accommodate solo living.
There’s no rush to finding the perfect place.
I will wait for the perfect facility for my program to call home.
A few more things that would be awesome, but aren’t must-haves.
• A specific quarantine area
• A dry lot for horses with metabolic concerns
• The ability to house a stallion.
• The ability to take in mustangs would also be a huge+. (6’ fencing somewhere.) again not a dealbreaker.
