We have three beautiful golden girls available, they were born on St. Patrick’s Day in a litter of 10.

All 10 puppies have amazing temperaments, and these girls are no different. Each of them tested very similarly using the Volhard temperament testing method (mostly 3a and 4s). They all tested as, what I call, “middle of the road” puppies.

What does that mean? It essentially means that they have even temperaments and are not on the super high energy side, but also not on the low energy side. They’re right in the middle and they should make great family members who essentially want to do what you’re doing. If you want to sit on the couch and snuggle, they are all in. But if you want to go out in the yard and toss a ball or go for a walk, they’re more than happy to do that, too. Pretty much just anything to be with you. 1. Position yourself behind your dog and wrap your arms securely around their midsection, right beneath the rib cage.

2. Form a firm fist with one hand, cup the other hand over it, and deliver five quick, upward thrusts into the soft area of the belly.

3. Check the mouth after each cycle of thrusts to see if the blockage has shifted enough to be retrieved carefully by hand.

Doing these motions with precision keeps the force directed toward the diaphragm, which is necessary to push air through the windpipe and dislodge foreign objects.
