Good morning! Hope everyone is having a fantastic week. We will be making a few changes to our contracts and policies starting August 1. We will need all new contracts on all of our clients starting August 1. In the last three months, we have experienced an extreme amount of no calling and no showing for appointments. We do send a friendly reminder the day before your appointment. We understand technology does not always work. We are understanding at those times, but even with people receiving their reminders we have still had an unbelievable amount of no call no shows. We never hassle people for canceling or rescheduling their appointments. I completely understand, but you are taking away from another animal that is on our list to be groomed that could’ve had that spot and also out of my pocket because I have a full staff show up and not all the appointments. I have been super understanding for the last five years but now it has become an issue. Starting August 1, if you do not cancel your appointment or reschedule your appointment before the day of, you will be charged a $18.00 no show appointment fee on your next visit. We will
also be adding a late fee to our contracts. If animals are picked up after five and arrangements have not been made at drop off you will be charged $1.00 per minute after 5. This does not include animals we are running late on.
I do want to thank every single one of our clients and customers! We appreciate you more than you know and consider your pets as part of our family. Thank you for being understanding in these changes.
