Happy 1st day of October! We hope everyone is having a wonderful Sunday and has a wonderful rest of there week. If you haven’t gotten your pups booked for boarding please get those dates book asap we are filling up quickly and we wanted to share some reminders as we are reach some busy and excited months ahead!

Booking reminders for daycare & boarding!

Booking Regulations for daycare & boarding:
We book your pets for boarding & daycare through our online booking site. We do ask that you get booked ASAP as we fill those spots fast. We ask that if you are in need of either of these services, that you book it online. We will either confirm the booking or cancel it. If you haven’t heard a confirmation from us then we are most likely full on those days/dates. Please do not show up without confirmation of a booking and drop your dog off and leave without having them booked for that particular day/dates. Booking for daycare must be at least a day in advance. Bookings for boarding can be made at anytime.

Pick ups & Drop offs (Daycare & Boarding):
We have set hours for arrival for pick ups and drop offs. We do ask you to notify us if you're going to be late or early. We also ask that if you need a separate time outside of our hours that you ask beforehand. Failure to arrive on time of our hours and without notifying us will result in a late fee.
If you are arriving early for pick up, please notify us so that we can be sure someone is on the premises. And we do ask upon arrival for pick ups or drop offs that you do not enter our kennel area or let any dogs out of their kennels. This is for your safety and the dogs.

Closing Time/Emergency Boarding:
If your dog has not been picked up by closing time and you have not made prior arrangements, your dog will be enrolled in emergency boarding and will stay at our boarding facility overnight. You will be charged a late fee in addition to the regular daycare or boarding fee, and you may pick up your dog the following day during regular business hours. This goes for both our daycare and boarding dogs.
