The results are in from our Doggy Deli donation giveaway. With 158 rescues participating, over 17,000 votes cast, plus more than 1,500 shares, these two rescues will each receive $125.

With the most votes (2,723): Dalis to the Rescue, Alma, Michigan.

Randomly selected by the computer: Friends of Michigan Animals Rescue, Belleville, Michigan.

I never knew about either of these rescue groups but I am confident from my research that they are doing wonderful work for our furry friends.
I hope the exposure from this contest will help all 158 rescues. My wish is that this prompted some of the over 17,000 voters to adopt or possibly donate to their favorite rescue.
Doggy Deli will continue to support rescues and will have another donation contest next year. 💕🐾🐾

LAST CHANCE this year for those downriver to purchase your dog’s favorite treats from Doggy Deli. We will be at the Allen Park Street Fair 10 am.-9 pm. Friday, August 1 and Saturday, August 2.
