This dynamic duo wrapped up their show season in style at the Southeast Regional Academy Championship Horse Show this past weekend!

Maelie, showing as a five-year-old in Lead Line Walk & Trot, earned two Championship wins — an incredible accomplishment for a rider who has been riding for less than a year! 🏆🐴

We couldn’t be more proud of her hard work, determination, and that big smile in the saddle. 💛💙

✨ Back in the Ring! ✨

This weekend at the Tri-State Classic Horse Show, Kathy and Hartland Sky Cruiser — affectionately known as Cruiser — reunited in the show ring for the first time in nearly 10 years! 💫

The pair didn’t miss a beat, driving away with Reserve and Reserve Champion honors in the Hackney Pleasure Pony Driving division. 🏆

We’re so proud of this amazing team and their incredible comeback performance! 💛❤️

A Little Bit About Us

Georgetown Riding Academy is a premier American Saddlebred boarding and lesson faculty, owned and operated by William Roberts and Kristin Goforth. We are located in Georgetown, KY on a lush 12 acre farm with rolling hills and a creek stretching the length of the property. Our facilities include a newly construed 12 stall barn complete with office, wash rack, farrier area, washer and dryer, and large community tack room. In addition to the newly constructed barn we also have a 120’x56’ indoor riding arena. Our passion is to help instill riders of all ages and skill levels with the values necessary to succeed as an equestrian and in life.
