Animal Adoption Center of Blount County Finding homes for unwanted or abandoned animals is our sole purpose. The shelter accepts animals from any resident of Blount County.

The Animal Adoption Center of Blount County is here to assist in serving the county’s needs in controlling stray, abandoned, and unwanted animals. Our goals are to unite animals, primarily but not limited to dogs and cats, with good caring homes. We promote spaying and neutering of companion animals to prevent overpopulation and try to educate county residents on responsible pet care. We now have

You asked, we ANSWERED!! Here's a fall discount on spays and neuters across the board. We see the desperate need for animals to be spayed and neutered and we want to do our absolute best to keep it affordable for everyone. These prices are approximately 15% off our normal prices, so if you have been waiting or putting off getting your animal fixed, wait no more!!

Before you ask, we will STILL be doing our barn cat special in the month of December!! We will announce that in October and start taking appointments for that special then.
