There may be extra charges for matting and hand sc******ng. Aggressive pet are a pet by pet basis. let me know what is going on with your pet and we can go from there

Hello to our lovely Pet Parents! I just want to make a quick post detailing our appointment arrival policy! We know life happens—traffic, lost keys, or extra-long pup potty breaks! We totally get it. 🐶✨
To keep things running smoothly, we offer a 15-minute grace period for appointments. The beginning of each visit is super crucial for our prep work and making sure your fur baby feels relaxed and ready for their pampering! 🛁✂️
If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule so we never have to rush your pet’s care. If you ever think you'll be running behind, just give us a quick call or text! 📞
