I always say one of the hardest parts of the job is saying goodbye to the horses you really make a connection with, but when you find the perfect match and the best family and home for them, it reminds me this is why we do it. I couldn’t be more excited to see these two together💚 We wish you all the best!💚

A brilliant set of photos in Animal Therapy Magazine so show the difference in movement, way of going and balance in the racehorse vs the dressage horse.
Defiantly worth digesting when re training your ex racer and the questions/asks of them when re training and what muscles are weaker/stronger/need developing.
The biggest change is the direction of movement and how much we have to change and alter their balance when re training and how/why dressage is so polar opposite to racing!

Cant believe this guy is still here!!!!!
16h 8 year old OTTb gelding.
Retired a year ago, given down time and restarted after December. Was supposed to go to RRP but by no fault of his own I am not able to attend
WTC , jumps small jumps, not spooky to jumps, shown locally hunter and dressage.
Trailers well, ridden indoor outdoor and outside the ring with others in group lessons and alone
Has been ridden western as well just for fun.
Still green but very good brain and willing

Thick uphill build and well balanced ride. No vices. Sound, clean legs. Goes in fronts. Easy and safe to handle and be around. Amateur friendly. Can go in any direction and all around just fun horse to have. I want to find him a great match!!! Located in southern NJ. Mid four.

I just wanted to put this out there because I know many farms do things differently but for me my main goal is making a great match for horse and owner/rider.

If I have a horse up for sale or adoption please read everything I have posted in the advertisement and if you have any further questions please ask. If you believe you are a qualified home and a horse would be a great match for you, I am negotiable on their price.
It is more important to me that I find horses great solid homes and move them along so I can help others. Please don’t hesitate to reach out and talk things out with me. I understand sometimes the purchase price might be difficult but you can provide and really excellent home.

That being said we always do adoption applications, reference checks and right of first refusal contracts. If I have a price on a horse that is the ball park I am looking to get.
I put all of their information in the original posts so please read through that before messaging. Appointment for trial strongly recommended and PPE always welcomed and encouraged
