Everyone, please help us give a HUGE round of applause to Ritzy, Shadow, and their incredible junior handlers! 👏❤️🐕
These two amazing pups have been putting in the WORK, and we are beyond excited to finally share all of their accomplishments!
🎓 Canine Good Citizen (CGC) – Passed back in August!
🎓 Community Canine (CGCA) – PASSED!
🎓 Urban Canine Good Citizen (CGCU) – PASSED!
🏅 Novice Trick Dog Titles – EARNED!
🏅 Intermediate Trick Dog Titles – EARNED!
That is a LOT of hard work, dedication, patience, and determination wrapped up in two pretty incredible dogs! ❤️
But what makes these accomplishments even more special isn’t just the titles or the certificates. It’s the journey these dogs and their junior handlers have taken together to get here.
Behind every single title are countless hours of training, repetition, challenges, breakthroughs, and moments where everyone had to dig a little deeper and keep pushing forward.
There have been good days, frustrating days, moments of excitement, and plenty of learning experiences along the way. But through it all, these young handlers have continued to show up, put in the effort, and build something truly special with their dogs.
❤️ And THAT is what makes me the proudest.
Watching young handlers grow in their confidence, develop patience, learn to communicate with their dogs, and discover just how much they are capable of accomplishing is one of the most rewarding parts of being a dog trainer.
These kids aren’t just teaching their dogs to sit, stay, perform tricks, or pass evaluations. They’re learning responsibility, teamwork, leadership, perseverance, and what it truly means to build a relationship with an animal based on trust and understanding.
And let me tell you, Ritzy and Shadow haven’t earned these accomplishments by accident! Their handlers have worked hard to help them become the dogs they are today.
I am incredibly proud of BOTH ends of those leashes. 🥹❤️
To their junior handlers: I hope you realize just how big of an accomplishment this really is. You have every reason to be proud of yourselves. You’ve put in the work, trusted the process, and proven that age doesn’t determine what you can accomplish when you’re willing to put your heart into something.
To Ritzy and Shadow: You two have come so far, and I couldn’t be happier to see everything you’ve accomplished! 🐾
At Diggin That Dog, we don’t just celebrate the finished product. We celebrate the work, the progress, the small victories, the lessons learned, and the relationships built along the way.
These titles are more than letters after their names. They’re proof of the dedication, teamwork, and commitment that went into earning every single one of them.
And something tells me these two teams aren’t finished making us proud! 💪🐕
